Tomorrow’s sourdough is all tucked in to cold ferment overnight.
If you didn’t already know, we make our sourdough using a traditional long fermentation method! It takes us three days to make the loaf of bread you pick up off our shelves. Patience is a key ingredient!

Happy October! It may be a little rainy outside today, but that's okay because it's the perfect excuse to stay indoors and indulge in some delicious treats! We have a warm, amazing smelling bakery that's filled with the aroma of freshly baked goods, from sweet pastries to savory breads. Come on in for your freshly baked sourdough, some amazing cheese, a treat and maybe even a cup of hot coffee or tea!

We are still open during the construction! Parking can be found on the surrounding streets or in the parking lot behind us on 2nd Ave.
