This batch turned out a bit bigger than planned, and some of the stuffed buns even burst open during baking! 😂 But they still taste delicious!

I’m usually at Market on Main during opening hours, but sometimes I’m busy baking fresh goodies at our church kitchen.

🎃 My life has been all about pumpkin pie lately!

I’ve been on a little pumpkin adventure, trying all kinds of squash and even ready-made pumpkin purée!

I still haven’t found my favourite little Japanese pumpkin, which I used to love baking with.

After all these experiments, I’ve decided to stick with fresh, oven-roasted pumpkin for my homemade pies. There’s just something special about making everything from scratch! 🧡

Hopefully, my pumpkin pies will finally be ready tomorrow! 🥧
