Our Strawberry Matcha is made with organic, ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Kyoto, offering a rich and distinctive umami flavor.

The strawberry component is inspired by the Korean-style “cheong” a carefully crafted recipe we developed through extensive testing. It takes time and patience to make, using only pure strawberries with no additives or artificial syrups.

A delicate balance of deep matcha and naturally sweet strawberry.

Notre matcha fraise est préparé avec un matcha biologique de qualité cérémoniale, provenant de Kyoto, offrant une saveur riche et un umami distinctif.

La partie fraise s’inspire du “cheong” coréen — une recette que nous avons développée après de nombreuses recherches. Sa préparation demande du temps et de la précision, uniquement avec des fraises pures, sans additifs ni sirop artificiel.

Our first espresso machine, the Faema E89 Up, has been with us since the early days of Café le Den and holds a lot of memories.

Today, we upgraded to the La Marzocco Linea PB AV ()
to achieve better temperature stability, more consistent extraction,
and a more reliable cup every day.
