I decided to start my own Baking business with the help of some encouragement from friends and family. I have really enjoyed baking all different kinds of desert over the years and I recently took a cake decorating class at La Gâterie, which was a huge help in the decision of starting Gally's Goodies. I am always challenging myself to come up with new recipes and making my old recipes into even be
