It is with great sadness and a very heavy heart that I have decided to sell Crème Fraiche. When I opened this cute little shop 8 years ago, it was a big step for me. I have met so many wonderful people over the years and have formed so many wonderful friendships. I will miss each and everyone of you terribly. It has been an amazing 8 years, but, like all good things, this is the end of my chapter. I want to deeply thank all my loyal customers for entrusting and allowing Crème Fraiche to be part of your family's special occasions. It has been a pleasure to be the one to make so many people happy.
I want to take a moment to say a special thank you to my niece Liana Borzomi who started this journey with me. We flourished together, and created a space and a dynamic duo where we made all our customers feel like home. And to Stefanie Vacchiano, who seamlessly took over her role and didn’t skip a beat. Without them, this journey wouldn’t have been so easy and I thank them from the bottom of my heart
