Soup season is here! Mediterranean Red Lentil soup with sun dried tomatoes, roasted carrot and veg stock.
Garnished with a salad of roasted almonds, fresh parsley and feta cheese, tossed in a red w**e vinaigrette and finished with a crack of black pepper and a drizzle of Greek olive oil.

La soupe du jour : un bouillon de tomates séchées, des légumes rôti et des lentilles rouges. Garni avec une salade des amandes, herbes et fêta, avec une vinaigrette de vin rouge.
