When a client asked if we could make Raffaello Cheesecake, I had no idea what that meant but as soon as she said it’s the white Ferrero Rocher, it clicked. Of course we can! This is a first time flavour for us and it turned out great.

When Kyle turned 20 his whole life changed after trying one of our Skor cheesecakes. He spent the next 365 days thinking about the next time he would be able to have another one of our cheesecakes. On his 21st he choose the Reese peanut butter cheesecake. Kyle has good taste! Happy birthday Kyle, maybe we'll see you next year!
