After years of baking, and sharing with family and friends, I'm finally bringing my macs out of my kitchen and into your hands! Though macarons have a mind of their own, I love coming up with new flavours and adding exciting textures inspired by seasonal flavours and favourite treats.

I've been baking up more than just our Joy & Cheer menu lately -

Very excited to announce that I'm expecting a baby in the spring!✨

Things have understandably had to slow down a bit over here, we cut back our fall/winter markets and closed custom orders. Things are going to slow down even more in the new year before we take a full break in early spring.

That means if you want to get your hands on macs, you'll have to act fast!

🍓 Strawberry Shortcake 🍓

One of my favourite macaron cakes so far! This beauty is filled with fresh local strawberries, vanilla buttercream, and vanilla crumble.

Topped with a white chocolate shortbread strawberry, a couple matching macs and the perfect blend of 🍰

The high water content in fresh berries means they're not great friends with macaron shells! We assembled this custom order right before pick up and it was enjoyed that same day✨

The whirlwind that was spring market season is over! We absolutely LOVE sharing macarons with you, there's nothing better than watching your face light up as you take a bite. As one customer put it "I've left Kansas for the colour of Oz!"

It brought us so much joy to get to meet so many of you, and spend the day with the community, and fellow vendors ❤️

Our custom orders are back open at the link in our bio. We're spending a couple weeks catching up on admin and planning away for our fall and winter markets!

Hi! I wanted to tell you a bit about me, so here's 7 things you might not know–

☀️I went to an arts high school and majored in dance in university before becoming certified and teaching ballet for 10 years
☀️I love to read! Thrillers and romances are easiest to pick up, but I'll read almost anything. I've usually got an audiobook on while I bake
☀️Summer means camping! I got into backcountry camping in 2015 and now we have our own canoe and 5 trips planned for this year!
☀️I was raised on classic rock and oldies but my faves are stuck in the 90s - Hanson is my favourite band!
☀️I love to cook! If I wasn't baking all the time these days, I'd be cooking. The only thing better than sharing macs is sharing a meal
☀️We got a cottage last year! We're still finishing it but the sun and the lake work lol
☀️My favourite show is Gilmore Girls, I watch it at least once a year and used to have to stop myself from talking as fast as Lorelai
