e frozen, dry, tasteless and very expensive products. I finally got tired of eating cardboard food and decided to apply my baking skills to making gluten-free stuff. It was definitely a learning experience and it has taken me many years of trials and errors with gluten-free baking to get where I am today. I went back to school in 2008-2009 for baking at George Brown College, and have applied what I learned there to my gluten-free baking. I do not have a "store" but bake from my home. I would love my own store one day, and hopefully this is the start of it!
