Today I tried something new, giant cookies! I got some amazing new scoops for Christmas from Lee Valley Tools and the first thing I wanted to make with them was cookies (of course). I used the biggest one I got and made these massive chocolate chip cookies which ended up being about 4" in diameter. I've got some very happy boys in my house now!

The strawberries are out and the first round of jam production is done! I have both regular and sugar free varieties available as well as various sizes of jars 250ml ($5 regular/$8 sugar free), 500ml ($10 regular/$12 sugar free) and 1ltr ($15 regular/$18 sugar free).

It's coming, strawberry season is almost here! I'll be starting my jam as soon as the harvest starts coming in and I'm taking preorders in preparation for this year's production. Again I'll be offering both regular and sugar free varieties and this year I'm also offering various sizes, 250ml, 500ml and 1ltr jars.
