Smoke salmon cakes, poached salmon cakes rolled in corn meal and an old fashion salt po***ck fish. Best cooked in a cast iron frying pan on medium high heat with lots of butter and a little oil to keep the butter from burning, cook til crust forms on bottom before flipping. Serve with fried eggs, beans and homemade pickles.
