🦃🍞 INTRODUCING NORMI’S TURKEY TRADE! 🍞🦃

This year, our Wilkies Culinary Team has been asked to volunteer their time for the Pembroke Community Christmas Dinner, and we wanted to kick things off with an idea inspired by something that has stayed with us for years: the generosity and community spirit shown by Normi and Darryl the previous owners of Boston Pizza Pembroke.

Meet Normi’s Turkey Trade, inspired by one of the hardest-working women I know, Normi! ❤️

For many years, Normi and her husband Darryl ran Boston Pizza Pembroke, setting an incredible example of what hard work, community spirit, and making room at the table for others can look like. Whether it was friends, family, or someone who simply needed a place to belong, they showed us that the best things in life are often built around a shared table.

Now, we want to carry a little of that spirit forward.

HERE’S HOW NORMI’S TURKEY TRADE WORKS! 🦃

Starting TODAY, October 15th till November 5th, bring a frozen turkey purchased from a commercial retailer to Wilkies Bakehouse, and we’ll trade you SIX MONTHS OF BREAD ON US! 🍞❤️

That’s right! You’ll receive:
🥖 One loaf of bread per month
📅 January through June 2027
❤️ Six months of delicious bread, on us!

Your turkey will help support the Pembroke Community Christmas Dinner, bringing people together around a table when it matters most.

Because at Wilkies, it has never just been about the bread. It’s about the people we share it with.

To Normi and Darryl, thank you for inspiring us to keep passing that spirit of generosity along. And to our community, thank you for continuing to show us what happens when we come together.
