Join me as I make a Lemieux Sandwich. A wilkies take on a classic Hoagie Sandwich reminiscent of the summer spent helping at my Grandparents store in Alban ON. At least once during this time she would bring home what seemed like pikes of lunch meat and we would make these monstrous sandwiches with thick slices of tomatoes and lettuce. You just have to try one for yourself.

We’re looking for someone to join the Heart of the House at Wilkies Bakehouse! ❤️
Your main home will be in the kitchen, helping us make the breads, cookies, squares, scones and other goodies that fill our shelves.

But we’re a small bakery, which means we all pitch in! When needed, you’ll also jump out front to help customers, answer questions, keep the counter moving and spread a little Wilkies cheer. 👋

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Reliable and hard-working
✨ Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
✨ Willing to learn
✨ A team player who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty (and probably covered in flour!)
✨ Friendly and comfortable chatting with customers
✨ Proud of the work they do

Bakery experience is an asset, but not required — we can teach you the Wilkies way!
