We had the pleasure of doing a 50th Birthday Cake for a lovely lady this weekend! It was a Chocolate Espresso Baileys Cake. Layers of chocolate cake brushed with Baileys and espresso syrup, dark chocolate espresso ganache, Baileys ganache, and a crunchy hazelnut chocolate crumble topped with edible flowers, lace, and ribbons 🎀
