Reaaaally starting to enjoy making different fillings.. figuring out which ingredients do what, and why the recipe structure works! Coming from a girl who haaaated science.. it makes me laugh that I’m enjoying chemistry now 😂♥️✌🏼

Truth be told.. these raspberry swirl cheesecakes were kinda made on a whim! 😅😂

I had some extra raspberry compote.. and some extra supplies for cheesecake. I had offered raspberry cheesecake in the past, and while they tasted great I just wasn’t happy with the look!

So.. I swirled it into the batter.. asked for some feedback.. and got some glowing reviews!!

Thanks for being the best clients!! Couldn’t ask for a better tribe ♥️

So. Many. Grad. Orders.

I had clients messaging (as early as January!) to inquire about grad cookies.. so I prepped some new styles/samples and launched my grad specials earlier than normal.

And you guys showed up! It did NOT take long to fill all of the spots.. and I am blown away! Thank you for making this the busiest grad season yet!♥️♥️
