It’s our very last day of the season, we will be at Parksville Beach until 7pm tonight.

Don’t despair, there is still an entire month of food trucks scheduled at Parksville Beach daily, which is where we will be dreaming of from University.

Thank you to everyone who supported Pink Lemonade this year, the last day is always bittersweet! See you next summer!

Sorry we missed you at the market tonight!

Due to unforeseen sickness, we will not be at Parksville Beach the next three days as scheduled. We will be back for the last Summer by the Sea Market in Parksville next Tuesday, our final two beach days August 27 & 28th, then back to University!

All August long, head to Parksville Community Park for a delicious lineup of local food trucks. Grab a bite to eat, stroll the beach, take in the sand sculptures, and soak up the last stretch of summer fun!

Back in action at tomorrow night’s Summer by the Sea Market in Parksville from 6pm-9pm!

Our generator is working again so we will have shaved ice!

New on the menu: Peach Green Tea and Italian Sodas, plus fresh weekly baking.

We will also be down at the splash pad at Parksville Community Beach Park on Monday June 30th from 11am-7pm with our regular goodies plus hot coffee and fresh baked muffins.

It’s been a minute…but we are back! Fresh out of University and back at Summer by the Sea Market in Parksville on Tuesday nights all summer long!

We have many new menu items and the classic favourites. Homemade flavoured lemonade, shaved ice, fresh baking and new this year: Italian Sodas and Peach Iced Green Tea!

Baking will be changing weekly, but starting with our fan favourites tonight: Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies, Brownies and Trix Berry Rice Krispies!
