Little Island Baker Amature baker from Newfoundland, Canada! Baking and cooking are passions of mine, and I hope to share that passion with all of you through this page!

I started Little Island Baker because i have a passion for baking and cooking. I hope you will all enjoy the recipes that I'll be sharing here! My baking philosophy is to mix most of my batter by hand, rarely using a mixer. I believe in being present for every stir of the batter, and putting heart into every batch of cookies. My philosophy for cooking is even simpler- always use real ingredients that are as fresh as possible. Along with my cooking I may add a few gardening tips for those interested.
