This week only, Amarah is pulling out all the stops to make lemon meringue pies just for you!

The whole team bands together to get these beauties produced, from making the pie crust from scratch, blind baking all the shells, simmering up pots and pots full of lemon custard, zesting and juicing a gazillion lemons, and last but not least whipping up giant batches of sweet marshmallowly meringue and torching it! It's quite the production, and never ceases to amaze me when they shuttle out hundreds of lemon meringue pies in one week!

CHICKEN DILL POT PIES 🐓🐓🐓 Just restocked this afternoon and available for online preorder!

Made fresh, and frozen immediately frozen for at home baking - directions included.

All made from scratch. All butter pie dough, mixed and rolled out. Chickens roasted, slow overnight bone broths made for the gravy, potatoes & carrots peeled and diced, fresh dill and parsley mixed in at the end!

It's by far my most favourite savoury we make - it's pure comfort and nostalgia, and I absolutely love love fresh dill.

They make incredible gifts for new parents, new home owners, anyone recovering that needs a lil help, and even appreciated as teachers gifts.

Each serves 6 happily. Though we make small ones too for 2 - 3 people!

STRAWBERRY PASSIONFRUIT SCONES | Only here for two more weeks! Roasted strawberries gently folded into our tender buttery scone batter, chilled, and then baked from frozen so they hold their shape.. there's so much butter in them they'd turn into a puddle if not! Lol

And glaze with a tart passionfruit glaze on top! It's a perfect spring pairing, and goes deliciously with a hot cup of coffee or your afternoon snack.
