POV: It’s your birthday and you’re not a cake girl. 🎂❌🍩✨

So you make yourself a sourdough doughnut tower instead.

First time making doughnuts and somehow they turned out better than I imagined—light, fluffy, cinnamon-sugar coated, and absolutely worth the effort.

Birthday calories don’t count, right? 😌

POV: the house is chaos but the zaatar rolls still need to be rolled

No apron.
Black shirt.
Zaatar oil everywhere.

10/10 decision making.

But honestly…rolling these is therapy 😌

Stretch the dough. Spread the zaatar. Roll it tight. Slice. Proof. Bake until golden.

And somehow the whole kitchen smells like home 🤍

Worth every sesame seed on the counter.

This double chocolate loaf is ultra moist, deeply chocolatey, and loaded with melty pockets throughout.

I’ll be bringing these to the Metcalfe Market on opening day — make sure to come early if you want one.
