edients. We are dedicated to good, healthy, baked-from-scratch products. We welcome special orders, and are always up to the challenge of creating something delicious and custom-tailored to your dietary needs. Some of our delicious restricted-diet products include:

Gluten-free breads: Rice, millet, quinoa, gluten-free "Pure Oat," and bean flours are used to create wholesome, tasty, and high-fibre, high-protein breads. Wheat-free breads: Wholegrain spelt flour, plain or with flax, poppy, sesame, and/or sunflower seeds. Gluten-free and wheat-free muffins and muffin loaves: Rice and spelt flours are used to make these fruit muffins which are also vegan and sugar free - bonus! Daily flavours are up to the discretion of Jean, our wonderful baker, but often include varieties like peach-strawberry, carrot-pineapple-almond, blueberry, and apple-cinnamon. Gluten-free scones: Made with millet and gluten-free oat flours, these sweet scones are the real thing. Flavours include blueberry, raspberry, cranberry and apple cinnamon. Cakes: Gluten-, wheat-, dairy-, egg-, sugar-free varieties. Custom made and decorated for your special occasion. We also do wedding cakes!

Chelsea buns: Old fashioned, whole-wheat, butterscotch and cinnamon rolls, complete with raisins and California walnuts. "Big John Cookies": Named after our long-time baker, whom early morning customers know and love, Big John Cookies are a classic chocolate chip cookie. Try chocolate-chip-cranberry for a twist! Cakes: Custom made and decorated for your special occasion. We also do wedding cakes!
