I've been busy testing some recipes for fun new summer feature cookies!

Introducing the "Mud Pie" & "Stella" cookies!

Both made on a brownie cookie. This cookie is a star on its own, very chewy, dense, chocolatey with some sea salt.

The "Mud Pie" is topped with a cookies & cream buttercream, cookie crumbs and fancy gummy worms.

The "Stella" is a classic twist on a childhood treat, topped with chocolate buttercream & chocolate rainbow bits.

I'll have these running as a feature all summer!

My ultimate fave...
Triple Chocolate with a sprinkle of sea salt.
These bad boys are almost 4oz. 🤤

I've been baking quite a few of these lately (mostly for my husband) and I'm reminded how much I miss baking for all you wonderful people!

I'm looking forward to having some more free time in the coming months, and I'll be putting out a 4 item cookie menu. I'm hoping to work out all the details in the next couple weeks and have everything back up & running! ☀️

Happy 2024!

Sorry I've been MIA, the end of 2023 was a hectic, fun, messy, wild rush! I started a new full-time program, spent a beautiful week in Mexico and spent wonderful time with friends and family over the holidays.

While I'm doing my schooling, I will still be operating my small home bakery for private orders, and I will have a menu prepared for Easter, so stay tuned!

Peach & Almond Scone
Summer has been so hectic, making so many special memories with my littles.
Our first slow weekend in forever called for some simple Sunday baking!

These scones are so flakey, filled with peaches, drizzled with a glazed and topped with toasted almonds. Yum!
