I make all kinds of different things, but they mostly seem to revolve around alcohol and baking for some odd reason. It started with vanilla extracts, which are made with alcohol. Then whisky stones which became the fantastic DrinkPucks that you people love so much. Growler carriers make it easier to carry more than one 64 oz beer growler at a time. Charred oak aging tablets allow you to change th

e character of any alcohol. Bitters are used in cocktails as well as some baking. That's a pretty varied list of products, to be sure. Each one is pretty unique as well as being the best quality that I can possibly make it. All products are made by hand, by me. That means short runs and small amounts, but lots of careful observation and attention to detale.

It's petty, and it hurts only me, but I feel that it's a point that I feel like making.

Just a quick video to showcase the good old Drinkpucks (non-melting soapstone ice replacement) and my new cocktail smokers.
Drinkpucks will chill a drink quickly without watering it down.
The cocktail smokers are excellent for adding a bit more smoke to a passable whisky or for martinis, negronis, mojitos, and a lot of other kinds of drinks.

I have a big bag of vanilla beans for you. These have been used to make vanilla extract once, so there is plenty of flavour left in them.
My scale is packed for moving, but it's probably 2 pounds.
They've been soaked in alcohol for 6 months.
They haven't been split, so all of the caviar is still inside.
The bag is frozen to retain freshness until needed. They're good like that for years.
Local restaurants usually get these to make award-winning desserts.
The price is fair and firm.
If you live in the Ottawa area and are willing to come pick them up, give me a di**le within the next week to 10 days.

This is very exciting for me. I just took delivery of a large quantity of the bottles I used when I first started this delicious journey into the dark world of vanilla. I can't wait to fill them up for y'all. Now that I have them FOR SURE, I can order the labels and I'll be all set to sell in August.
