WINTERY THEME CAKE ❄️

I love love that every cake I make, my skills and my knowledge improves and I’m able to deliver something beautiful and soooo delicious. Growth is 100% better than perfection. The journey is what makes it worth it. I’m so grateful to learn new skills from other bakers.

I had so much fun doing this cake to celebrate my brothers birthday. Of course, it was a surprise and he did not pick anything for this cake but he was happy of the result. This wintery theme cake is made of chocolate cake with Nutella and Ferrero Rocher filling covered with buttercream.

Last week was paramedic week, and I just couldn’t pass by the week without baking a cake.

As we all know, paramedics have a difficult job physically, mentally, and it’s daily. Paramedics work hard to help people in our communities and this week is so special because we get to tell them how much we appreciate them. But I don’t think this should only be kept for that week...paramedics should be celebrated more often.

Sometimes, people think that our hearts are strong and are minds are steel but we are human as well. We see things other people don’t, we join families in sadness when we have to tell them their family member has passed away, but in all that, we also get to experience a lil joy. It makes a whole lot of difference when people recognize our hard work, when we have nice gestures done.

So for that, I’m treating my coworkers with this awesome chocolate cake filled with Oreo buttercream and fresh strawberries! 😋

I’m so so grateful I get to call myself a paramedic and being surrounded by awesome people! Don’t forget to tell a paramedic how you appreciate them and if you have one in your family, don’t forget to let them know you love them 💕
