WHITE ALMOND BREAD/BUNS!
You need:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
4 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter/oil
1 teaspoon baking powder/soda
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm water

Lentil Bread

Simple, nutritious, and delicious!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup (200 g) raw lentils (soaked for 4–5 hours)
• 1/4 cup warm water
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
• 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 100 g applesauce or fresh apple
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon date sugar or maple syrup
• Spices to taste

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until you get a thick, smooth batter. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with seeds, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 325–350°F and bake for about 30 minutes until a golden, firm crust forms.
