A 10" square cake for my brother- and sister-in-laws' 25th wedding anniversary. First time doing damask stencilling, the flavours are "burnt sugar" cake layer between two chocolate layers, some salted caramel, and meringues. Hope they enjoy it!

Made a cake while on vacation at my in-laws' cottage! It was for the neighbouring cousin of my husband, turning 60 today, and he built an architectural masterpiece of a cottage, so his wife asked me to put it on his cake. This was on Sunday, and his birthday is today. It is three layers of vanilla with local strawberry 🍓 in between, and white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. I forgot blue food colouring at home, so some results I will just call "impressionistic"! Hope he likes it!
