This cake deserves a little more drama for this amazing 25 year old woman!
A three-tier birthday cake in rich burgundy, combining silky chocolate and vanilla buttercream, filled with fresh raspberries and a decadent chocolate cake. I used an intricate textured fondant panel on the centre tier. The vintage-inspired piping and deep monochromatic palette give this celebration cake a bold, elegant feel—with just the right amount of attitude. Soundtrack for you Kayla!

I was commissioned to create a wedding cake that was gothic, moody, and dramatic—a centerpiece that would feel as unique as the couple themselves. The bride requested all black and also wanted a dragon and a bat. The result: a striking black design where the hand-crafted animals emerge from the shadows to bring a touch of dark fantasy and romance to the celebration.
Every element was custom designed and meticulously crafted by hand. No trends to follow, no replicas to recreate—just a bold vision transformed into edible art.
