✨ A beautiful celebration of love, captured in the sweetest way. ✨
This elegant, contemporary wedding cake was designed in a soft palette of ivory, peach and delicate orange, with layers of textured buttercream detailing and an abundance of delicate florals.
The long, modern silhouette created a beautiful statement piece for Sabrina & Fred’s celebration, while the handmade details kept it romantic and personal. 🤍
And that cake-cutting moment? Absolutely perfect. 🥂💍
Congratulations, Sabrina & Fred! It was such a pleasure creating a little piece of sweetness for your special day. 🤍

Some love stories deserve a cake that feels just as timeless. 🤍✨

This elegant three-tier wedding cake was dressed in soft, flowing fondant draping and delicate gold monogram details—a beautiful combination of simplicity, sophistication and romance.

And inside? A decadent **chocolate fudge cake layered with fresh raspberries and silky Belgian chocolate buttercream**. 🍫❤️

A refined design on the outside, an indulgent surprise on the inside. Exactly what a wedding cake should be. ✨

This cake deserves a little more drama for this amazing 25 year old woman!
A three-tier birthday cake in rich burgundy, combining silky chocolate and vanilla buttercream, filled with fresh raspberries and a decadent chocolate cake. I used an intricate textured fondant panel on the centre tier. The vintage-inspired piping and deep monochromatic palette give this celebration cake a bold, elegant feel—with just the right amount of attitude. Soundtrack for you Kayla!
A cake that’s definitely meant to make an entrance. ✨

✨ Handcrafted Elegance, Made Just for You ✨
It was an honour to deliver this elegant wedding cake to the National Arts Centre, where it became part of such a beautiful celebration.
Adorned with handcrafted wafer paper flowers, each bloom was individually shaped and custom coloured to perfectly complement the couple’s wedding palette. Every flower is made by hand, making each cake a truly one-of-a-kind edible work of art.
Inside, each tier featured our signature Earl Grey cake—light, fragrant, and delicately infused with bergamot for a sophisticated flavour worthy of the occasion.
Congratulations to the wonderful newlyweds! 💕 Wishing you both a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and countless sweet moments together. Thank you for trusting me to create a small part of your unforgettable day.

Originality isn’t a trend—it’s the brief. 🖤🐉🦇
I was commissioned to create a wedding cake that was gothic, moody, and dramatic—a centerpiece that would feel as unique as the couple themselves. The bride requested all black and also wanted a dragon and a bat. The result: a striking black design where the hand-crafted animals emerge from the shadows to bring a touch of dark fantasy and romance to the celebration.
Every element was custom designed and meticulously crafted by hand. No trends to follow, no replicas to recreate—just a bold vision transformed into edible art.
I love creating cakes that challenge convention and tell a story. Because the most memorable designs are the ones that dare to be different.
