I’ve been baking my whole life, desserts are some of my oldest memories, in grade 6, we made peanut butter cookies at upper canada village during a field trip. And thats all it took to spark my passion.
I went to do a high school credit when I was 16 at Algonquin College, I knew that I found my calling
In 2015, at 19 years old, I was accepted to college for two years of baking and pastry management, got myself on the deans roll with a diploma and certificate to show for it. But that wasn’t enough for me. So I worked, I baked, I didn’t sleep, sometimes I cried but I didn’t mind; all I wanted was to make people happy even for a minute. Who doesn’t get happy being handed sweets?
Theres yet to be something I can’t make come to life. Most of my orders include cupcakes, cakes of all kinds, pies, tarts, brownies, custom cookies, pastries, seasonal specials, breads, just about anything you can imagine!
Im now 30 years old - and somehow my passion has only grown over the last apx 15 years of doing this professionally on my own and at bakeries across the city
