Ericakes is a registered business and holds up-to-date certification for Safe Food Handling with the Durham Region Health Department. All ingredients are purchased from reputable vendors, are well-inspected, properly stored according to guidelines and prepared with all safe food handling precautions at the forefront. Ericakes has a devoted cake decorating space and a separate 28 cu ft temperature-monitored commercial fridge for proper and exclusive storage of all refrigerated ingredients and finished products.
