So far we've tried plain, blueberry, cinnamon raisin, white cheddar and everything!

Those blueberry ones were a mess to make😛 tried a couple techniques, gonna try another way next time that'll hopefully save a bit of mess.

For Valentine's Day this year I am offering CUPCAKES (vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, carrot cake, or pumpkin) with vanilla, chocolate or maple buttercream or cream cheese frosting. 🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁
🍩🍩🍩 And DOUGHNUTS- Korean cream,
Cinnamon sugar, glazed, sugar, chocolate dipped, strawberry jam busters or Boston cream.

****Get your orders IN by Thursday February 12th at noon. Pick up for February 13th or 14th. ****

Here's the flavour I've been working on....
GINGERBREAD!

So I was lying in bed one night wanting to fall asleep but literally was thinking about what type of cupcakes I was gonna do. 😅 (Yes sometimes my last thoughts before bed are on food or my craft projects and how I can make them work😂😂) Anyways, I thought of gingerbread cookies and was like woah, why can't I turn that into a cupcake?!?! I was a little bummed the next morning to find that it wasn't quite an original idea and many had done this before 😟😅

And we got a lot of positive feedback on it🥰 so many thanks everyone! I was pleasantly pleased and a little surprised how quickly I figured out a good recipe! Even days later it was still moist and it was hard to tell that it wasn't freshly made 👌🏼 that's what I call a great recipe!!! Covered with a lightly spiced brown sugar cream cheese frosting🤤🤤🤤

Hey world! I've been busy this week testing a bunch of recipes and adding little tweaks and I think we're pretty close to where I want to be!! They are so soft and moist with a decent rise, but the real test is how they hold up in a day or two... 🤔

Chocolate, vanilla, Pumpkin and a new flavour I've never done before 😍 any guesses?? (Not pictured to not give it away😛)
