“Um… are we baking again or what?” — Glenna 😂

After a little break, I finally gave her a good feed yesterday and today… and she immediately tried to escape the jar 🤭
I think she’s made it pretty clear she’s ready to get back to baking. And honestly… so am I 👩🏽‍🍳

Meet ✨Glenna✨
She’s my sourdough starter — a bubbly mix of flour, water, and natural yeast that helps make all the delicious bread around here. When fed she rises, gets full of bubbles, and sometimes even tries to escape the jar. Glenna is the real baker around here 👩🏽‍🍳
