I'm Nicolle and I’m a self taught baker specializing in custom cakes for birthdays, showers, weddi I started off making cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.

I'm Nicolle and I teach cake decorating classes through Wilton. In my spare time I also make custom cakes for birthdays, showers, weddings, etc. for friends and family and then got offered a job teaching decorating classes as a Wilton Method Instructor at Michaels in Orillia! I am now also teaching classes for the Township of Ramara and available to do private lessons for individuals or groups of

Hi friends! It’s been a minute since I’ve been on social media - trying to soak up the summer with my 3 boys plus working away. I’ve had some requests for back to school cookies so I’m gonna offer them up again this year! Stay tuned for my order form or add a little comment below and I’ll send you the form once I have it made up. Pick up will be next weekend, and I’ll figure out a location! Options will be 4 pack minis, personalized backpacks and teacher fuel! 🥰

Happy May 4th to all those Star Wars fans! I’ve made Star Wars themed cakes, cookies and cupcakes quite a few times over the years and it’s always fun to make them a little different each time!

This cake I made a few years ago - if I ever don’t post your cake, don’t take it personally I only post 1/10th of my photos 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m always a big fan of making tropical cakes, probably because that’s where my soul belongs 🏝️

I didn’t take any photos of my cookies this weekend. Easter is always a hectic one, but I am so thankful for all of you and your orders! Growing up my grandma always bought us those personalized chocolate eggs from Zellers. It’s a core memory of childhood. And I hope all these personalized cookies I create, create core memories for your kiddos growing up.
Also want to say a big thank you to my friend Ashley for letting me use her place, finding my mistakes in my emails and order form 😂, finding me a table to hide my cookies out of the rain and for taking all the cookies that couldn’t get picked up that day and having them ready for the next day! She’s the MVP here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
