Each week, choose from two cookie and two muffin recipes. To order, message via this page or email me at [email protected]

We will be accepting orders until Thursday, for Saturday baking and Sunday delivery. Pricing:
Cookies are $8 per dozen (all one variety)
Muffins are $8 per half dozen (all one variety) or $15 per dozen (may combine varieties)

Chocolate Chip Muffins
Morning Glory Muffins

Week 4:
Reverse White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Olde Fashioned Spice Cookies
Carrot Muffins
Pumpkin Muffins


Each of these recipes is completely nut free, HOWEVER, because they will be made in a kitchen where a jar of peanut butter is kept in the pantry, I can NOT guarantee that the lunch box treats will be 100% nut free. My children have taken these home baked items to school for years without incidence. These recipes are "Nut Aware", and you must use your own discretion when deciding to pack them in your child's school lunch box.

A busy weekend of baking for you, and for one of my littlest girls, who turned four this weekend, and has a dinosaur obsession! We baked these dinosaur sugar cookies to share with her friends at pre-school. She was one happy little girl!

It's Week ONE again, and you need, you really NEED to try my new and improved vanilla lemon muffin recipe. They got off to a shaky start, but a little playing around and they are DELICIOUS (um, if I do say so myself)!!

Happy Monday Morning! We had a PD Day on Friday, so it was business as usual here this morning. Some of you get to enjoy the PD Day today, so I guess you have one more day until the hectic school week commences. Either way, I wish you a week full of peaceful mornings! And if that's not possible - I wish you giant mugs of coffee and endless patience!

Oops! I over-baked just a little this weekend. I've ended up with a dozen extra morning glory muffins. Packed with fruit and veggies, these muffins are delicious AND nutritious! Monday morning again! By some miracle, we all managed to get off to school with NO yelling today! We regularly struggle with the morning routine over here, so I'm feeling particularly pleased with myself. Virtual high fives please!

It's WEEK THREE! This week's menu features a couple of items that contain raisins. If you think the treats look yummy, but think your Little Ones (or you!) will balk at the thought of raisins, I can make you up a raisin free batch - just say the word!

If your New Year's resolution was to feed your family more wholesome, healthy food, and less packaged, chemical and preservative laden pre-packaged stuff - I can help!

Start your week off by pre-cutting and portioning lots of fresh veggies and fruits so you can easily grab them for lunch box packing. Instead of a granola bar or bear paw, add a home baked treat! Like one of my creamy butter scotch cookies or fruit packed apple pie muffins.

It's a chilly one here today! How are you keeping warm? I'm having a snickerdoodle (or 10, who's counting!) with my morning coffees. Yup that's plural. With all the kiddies home today, it will take several to keep me going!

To start the New Year off, we'll start our menu off at WEEK ONE. That means some of your favourites (and mine!): Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies and Snickerdoodles! I've made a little change to the menu - removed the fibre filled (but taste lacking!) honey oat-bran muffins and replaced them with a creamy vanilla lemon muffin. I'd love a little feedback on this new menu item!

Also new to the Lunch Box Lady menu is an option for parents whose little ones may have smaller appetites. Sometimes a full size muffin is just too much for a little body - so I'm now offering an option of a dozen mini muffins. Same wholesome goodness, smaller package!

You can not even begin to imagine the stockpiles of butter, sugar and flour that have been amassed over here and are slowly but surely making their way into delicious Christmas cookie recipes! I think I need a bigger kitchen!
