I’ve been dealing with mental health issues for over 20 years now. I had my first panic attack when my 3rd daughter was 18 months. I had no idea what was happening and was so scared. This year was extra rough on me. I went back on medication after being off for quit a while and it’s taken me many months to feel like myself again. I will be forever grateful for the doctors, resources, family and friends and medication that makes me feel like me. If you don’t feel like yourself, talk to someone about it and make yourself a priority.
