Great afternoon connecting with some amazing people at our Senior Circle networking event.

It was a great opportunity to bring together local professionals who work with and support seniors in our community, share ideas, build relationships and, most importantly, find better ways to help the people we serve.

A big thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a great event. Looking forward to continuing to grow this group and build some great connections along the way!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at the North Shore Seniors Circle Social at The Silk Purse.

It was wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces come together for an evening of great conversation, connection, food, and community. Events like these are a reminder of how fortunate we are to have such an engaged and supportive senior community here on the North Shore.

A special thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, and community partners who helped make the evening possible. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Dignity Memorial for their support and commitment to serving families and seniors throughout our community.

We look forward to seeing everyone again at our next North Shore Seniors Circle event!

🏡Want to stay in your home longer and keep doing the things you love?

One of the biggest concerns I hear from families is helping parents or loved ones stay independent as they get older.

That's where My Home Rehab comes in.

Their team brings physiotherapy and rehabilitation directly to your home, helping with things like:

✔️Strength and balance
✔️Fall prevention
✔️Recovery after surgery
✔️Stroke rehabilitation
✔️Mobility and independence

The nice thing is you don't have to worry about getting to appointments. They come to you and create a plan based on your specific needs.

If you or a family member could use a little extra support staying active, mobile, and independent, they're definitely worth a call.
