I came back to my booth last night to find this guy fully aproned up and serving customers.

This is the guy you don’t always see behind The Treat Boutique & The Maker’s Market — but the show truly would not go on without him.

From setting up the entire market & our own booth, to building my dessert bars, figuring out how to make my crazy ideas actually work, packaging, planning, backing in the trailer, hauling supplies, and running our market wagon from booth to booth — he’s behind so much of what we do.

So it felt a little full circle when I came back last night and saw him wearing that pink apron (willingly 😂) and serving up customers at The Treat Boutique.

Thank you for believing in my dreams, supporting every wild idea, and helping me bring both of these businesses to life. 🤍

There’s a whole lot that happens behind the scenes — and I couldn’t do it without you.

The Treat Boutique is making an appearance at the Sunridge Sunflower Festival this Saturday, August 8, from 9 AM–4 PM!

Alongside our Ice Cream Bar, we’ll be featuring our Cakesicle Lineup, including two limited-edition flavours made just for the festival:
