With the earlier start to the Block Party than Artisan's Way's standalone events, I didn't have a proper opportunity to post.
We brought two new products last night that will be returning for September's The Artisan's Way: Coconut Macaroons (Vegan, Gluten Free, and Keto) as well as an experimental batch of our Matcha White Chocolate cookies done as vegan+gluten free.
Major difference for yesterday was I reportioned our soft pretzels to be 6 per batch rather than 8 to bring a larger pretzel to everyone and, due to the earlier start time, our cookie dough was not chilled so we brought a flatter cookie this time around. Some further experimenting will help see how the vegan/gluten free matcha cookies look in the upcoming market.
