🚧 Pickup Update for Today's Orders 🚧

Due to road construction on our street, order pickup will be delayed today.

All orders will be ready for pickup anytime after 12:00 PM.

To access our street, please come in from the west side of Deans as the usual route may be blocked or difficult to navigate.

🥖✨ Meet the real boss behind Prairie Mama Sourdough Co. ✨🥖

With so many new faces around here lately, I figured it was time to introduce the true star of the show...

🌟 Breadie White 🌟

Breadie White was born on July 27, 2024, right here in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. What started as flour and water has grown into a bread-making powerhouse with a serious work ethic and a very demanding feeding schedule.

Since then, she's helped create:

🍞 Sourdough bread
🍪 Cookies
🧁 Muffins
🥯 Bagels
🥨 Pretzels
🍫 Brownies
🥞 Pancakes
🥣 Soups
🧀 Crackers
..and plenty more delicious creations along the way!

This week's assignment? 5,300g of starter, Breadie is putting in some serious overtime. She's gearing up to help bake:

✔️ 24 loaves of bread
✔️ 2 flight boxes
✔️ 4 dozen cinnamon buns
✔️ 4 dozen cookies
✔️ All the goodies for our upcoming Father's Day boxes

Not bad for something that started as a jar of flour and water. 😆
