Love this scaled down (in size ... not style!) wedding cake which was set up at Vineland Estates recently. There's a small window of opportunity in early to late September to use real grapes straight off the vine and create a truly vineyard inspired cake! Congrats to Danielle & Adam!

Had a blast creating a petite dessert item for Chateau des Charmes "Tasty Trio" promotion for group tours under 10 people. The chefs at Queen's Landing created the first two pairing items and I had the pleasure of creating their dessert pairing! Here they are:
* Sour cream and green chive scones with smoked salmon and horseradish butter (paired with CDC Brut Sparkling)
*Lamb terrine with charred balsamic onion chutney paired with CDC Merlot, St.David's Bench Vineyard
*Blue cheese cheesecake with apricot & honey preserves paired with CDC 2009 Vidal Icewine
