I’m disappointed to see this review because it does not accurately reflect what happened. Throughout my time selling on Marketplace, I have built trust with many customers and maintained a good record of positive reviews. I take communication and customer service seriously.

In this case, the buyer is claiming that I never replied, which is simply not true. I did not ignore her messages, and it is unfair to publicly label me as “unreliable” or tell others not to trust me. I always do my best to communicate with my customers honestly and respectfully.

I encourage anyone considering doing business with me to look at my overall reviews and history rather than judging me based on one inaccurate review.
