Good morning, Oakville

Just a quick note of thanks to Tribecca Coffee Oakville for 7 years of collaboration. All good things must come to an end. They will be baking their own tarts from now on, I wish them good luck!

DO NOT FEAR! Our Partner Boffo's Fine Food on Kerr Street still sells singles and packs of our most delicious flavors.

Please visit them for some tarts and Noël's amazing prepared meal options.

Beautiful Day for a coffee and a Delicious Butter Tart 🤤

Find my tarts at one of my fabulous Bakery/Café/Retail Partners. Usually in their FREEZER!

Did you know that my tarts are ALWAYS frozen prior to packing and kept frozen for deliveries 🤔

I have tested my tarts in hundreds of variations over the years, and although you can keep them on the counter or in the fridge, keeping them frozen, even if you have to refreeze them, will seal the crust and filling without altering the crunchiness, gooeyness, and taste of my tarts...

Try eating a classic frozen and let me know what you think 😏
