Good Morning!

I was super sick and needed time to rest yesterday! Local meats drop off will be tomorrow morning instead of this morning. I am feeling much more alive today 🙂

Added some rye flour to my starter and holy she tripled in just over an hour! 😍

We are back up and running! 🎉🎉

Thank you to my wonderful hubby for installing all the new parts for me otherwise it would be another week before it was working again 🤣

Going to be doing some testing today as I have to adjust all my set points for the oven decks and get everything back to how I like.

Sourdough loaves available!🍞

I have a bunch of plain loaves and bacon cheddar loaves available that I have prepped in the fridge fermenting and ready to bake!

I had all these loaves mixed for the market tomorrow before my bread oven quit. So I can bake them all 1 at a time in my regular oven… lol!

$10.00 per loaf, including the Bacon cheddar. I just don’t want to see them go to waste.
