Au Soleil Levant opened its doors on Dec. 31, 1999, so we have now been making great quality sourdough bread for 20 years. We use local organic flours (from Treasure Life in Creston) and mostly organic ingredients. Come visit us! We’re tucked away on Herridge Lane behind the Bank of Montreal.
