We are looking to expand our team! We are currently hiring a Front of house team member!

BaBs Bakery is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Front of House team member to join our growing bakery team. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for great food and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and serve customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
Take orders accurately and handle payments (cash & POS system)
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and bakery items
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter and dining area
Restock display cases and keep products looking fresh and appealing
Answer customer questions about products and make recommendations
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
Previous café, bakery, or restaurant experience is an asset (but not required)
Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings
