Rolling Out the Cold Sourdough sandwich to go.
Just today I put tomatoes and lettuce classic fresh locally (tomatoes from Paradise Hill Farm and greens from hypha farms.)
Meat mix in are
Sweet capochollo,mOrtadella,prosciutto Cotto (man I feel like I'm in Italy readjng that. Lol)
Dressing homemade Balsamic
Try some today.. limited only .nextime tho just meat and cheese for longer storage.
Its a refreshing sandwich.

Thank you for being here., Im rowena baker and owner of Parkland Sourdough . Introducing my new partner ,Been wishing to have this oven and the time came perfectly . Today we gunna bake or use for the first time. We are doing this first together . Ha Just straight up bake 12 loaves , but i read and research about this oven and I have my notes in hand .lol ,I was so nervous coz anything could happend the 12 loaves will be alot. But yeah,no matter what I risk it and do my best coz this Oven is outstanding 👌 and i trust the process. If you notice the steaming button. In previous I boil water and put in the pan inside the regular oven and throw some ice cubes to create nice steam.. its just feel nice to omit that step.. Please feel free to share if you like.

Good morning .. Manage to sneak a bake yesterday afternoon with my new oven.. I can say its the best and game changer. I dont do test just some research and reading and been following the simply bread community for 2 years now. So I keep reading people first bake experience.. so yeah I bake straight 12 loaves ,, so nervous but excited and it came out perfect . You should try it today and let me know I start with sourdough classic. So all the classic today is from the new oven..and the sandwich bread as well.. it will be 50 percent of the bread bake in the new oven as i transition from baking home at night to afternoon at the store.. I will miss baking at home since I can sneak to the garden and kids are in one place.. But I think its convenient to bake here as well ,just try to make use of the space as much as I can.. Well my daughter wants her room back which I turn into kitchen. Lol.. so I guess its the right decision.
And also diffrent flavour of dumplings are availble frozen..chicken, pork,shrimp and beef or overload meaning mix in all..
Anyways thnk you all so much 💗 for ongoing Support, I love tht people say I love your little Store,its all nice,everything is so good..
With the oven came in,I need to adjust the pricing, as its a huge purchase .. As much as I dont want to but I need to.. so $1 increase on all Loaves and other bakes effective June 9th.. Hope you still support our local sourdough dealer Parkland Sourdough

And oh no greens today . I skip this week. I need to defrost the cooler, theres ice build up resulting it temp fluctuate and it wont be good for my greens..

Finally. Thank you for this milestone . This is huge deal. I dont sleep most nights by using regular oven to bake sourdough but I need until I can afford this beauty. Regular oven is fine its just they're not meant for sourdough ,they're not meant for baking high heat(500)everyday . 1 oven down actually, and the one im using right no is acting to quit too. so I hope everything im hoping for this oven delivers..
Transitioning baking everything in the store from home since the oven install in the store..
And yes this can bake 12 to 15 loaves evenly for 45mins since every deck(3) can adjust each deck temp. Unlike the regular oven when u put more it will take longer to bake and then u need to switch them around for even baking.
