Sourdough is my get my life back after stay home for 12 years after attempting to pursue my IT degree which is not as practical for me anymore. Thank you to Loraine to help me get through to the landlord for this great location. And thank you for the nice landlord. I really work hard to my branding and everything in between to get where i am today and it wont be a success without your support so .. THANK YOU..
Sourdough is healthier ,good for the gut, and for diabetic as theyre fermented so they dont spike your sugar, Homemade is the best as well..
I cant say i made it but I made it to 1 year.. its huge.. i feel like longer than that everyday is survival .. lol theres no easy business anyway.. So will just go with the flow whatever this journey takes me. Im always ready for it no matter what..
I will continue do great to served the community and neighboring town and cities.. yes im proud to say some from Calgary and Liethbridge just drive to nanton to get my bread.. i feel so flattered and blessed
