Good morning! I wanted to share a few things as I've been getting some questions from out of town people about preorders, payments, etc.
Q1. PRE-ORDERING why is that important?
A1: Nakina Wildflower Market is a one woman show. Preordering allows her to manage her time most efficiently and ensures you get the food you want at the time you want it. It helps her to know how much to prepare so waste is minimal. Please note both fryer and pizza will be managed by one person - me π. It's an artistic, but chaotic, time management dance off when she knows what comes next. Walk in orders or last minute orders will go to the time slot with the largest break between orders that need filling.
P.S. currently Thursday, July 30th from 4:30 to 5:30pm and Friday, July 31 from 4pm to 5pm is fully booked for both fryer and pizza orders.
Q2: PAYMENT: Do you take credit card?
A2: Yes, I have a merchant machine and can accept credit cards, debit, and of course cash is always welcome.
Q3: PREPAYMENT required?
Q3: No prepayment required, please just don't forget you ordered food and please pickup at the time you requested as it will be ready for you.
Q4: Do you deliver?
Q4: Sorry I will not be able to deliver this weekend.
Q5: Will you be doing breakfast sandwiches?
Q5: Sorry, no. I supply Nakina Wilderness Outfitters with breakfast wraps each weekend (formerly Pennocks). Please be sure to get them early as they do sell out.
Also something to note, when food is being made and orders are being filled it is very difficult to answer the phone and take orders - hence preordering Please be patient and if need be, please leave a message and I will return calls as soon as I can. Also note, there are no "hours of operation" if I don't have orders, I will will be in the shop prepping food likely, but I just leave the door locked and sign as closed so I can focus on the task at hand as often there is A LOT of prep and A LOT of dishes. Thank you for your orders and understanding. Happy Bass Derby weekend to all fishermen and happy long weekend to all. ππ«
