Sometimes all it takes is one person believing in someone before they learn to believe in themselves. Be that person. Encourage. Cheer them on. Lift others up.

You stopped by my booth Komoka Community Market this past weekend and told me how much you and your family loved the State Fair Apple Crumble Pie you had picked up at Komoka Foodland.

I’m not going to lie… you made me cry. But a happy cry

As a small business owner, we pour so much of ourselves into what we create, and we don’t always get to hear what happens after someone takes a pie home. Hearing that your family genuinely enjoyed every bite meant more than I can put into words.

Thank you for taking the time to come and tell me. That simple conversation reminded me exactly why I do what I do.
