🐚🧜‍♀️ Mermaid Tails 🧜🏼‍♀️🐚

Pinks, teal, purple and gold make this cake extra sparkly for a sweet, sparkly birthday girl.

Chocolate cake layers with whipped peanut butter between each.

Did you know that, as an adult, you're allowed to order a cake for absolutely no reason other than you want cake??

For just such non-occasions, we offer a 'Basic Buttercream Cake'. With this option, you can have the cake without all of the extra frills.

However, this cake, despite the category 'Basic' is anything but basic.

This cake is comprised of pistachio cake rounds, layered with a made-from-scratch, tart cranberry compote, and covered in buttercream that's been mixed with some of the compote. The flavours is this cake are wonderfully unique and elevated, for the more adventurous cake connoisseur

🍾Champagne and flowers 💐

Earlier this week, this 6 inch beauty walked next door to help celebrate a birthday.

Besides cake, great neighbours are one of the best things and we've been blessed with possibly the best neighbours ever!

This is a champagne cake. A white cake base flavoured with a champagne reduction, layered with raspberry peach compote and covered in buttercream also made with the reduction.

The flavours in this cake are subtle, but if you take your time chewing a fork full, you'll catch them. I promise.

Floral crowns upped the cuteness quotient!

I don't often repeat a design or theme, most custom orders are just that, custom. But the addition of the floral crowns to these adorable little bovine helps keep it fresh & different!

The Magic of Monochrome

This mini beauty is both understated and extra at the same time. Who knew a cake could be so complicated?
But this particular cake is celebrating a woman who is equally as diverse, so it's fitting (right, mom??)

A three layer mini gluten free chocolate cake filled with espresso buttercream and topped with a giant rose.

Full disclosure, I do not make gluten free cakes from scratch. I use boxed mixes for these orders as I have yet to find the time & patience to play with flour mixes. I've had too many attempts go very wrong. So I leave it to the pros and make em as pretty as possible!

🎉Party Animal 🎉

Today our sweet nephew turns one! That first birthday seems pretty magical. The guest of honour has found their smiles and giggles, and the whole world is an exciting place to explore. Everything is new and fascinating.

This is an 8" chocolate cake, decked out in bright primary colours and topped with an incredibly adorable party giraffe

It's wedding season!

The combination of a naked cake, the floral colours and textures and that adorable wooden cake topper, this wedding cake gives off such relaxed, comfy boho vibes.

6" carrot cake with our cream cheese buttercream hybrid. Florals and topper were provided by the bride.

Paw Patrol but make it pretty

This strawberry cake was requested by a birthday girl who doesn't love a lot of buttercream. So after some searching, we found a recipe for stabilized whipped cream to use as a filling & kept it in check with a very thin, 'almost naked' coat of buttercream on the exterior!

The cupcakes were done in a mix of regular and minimal rosettes so those more fond of cake than buttercream would have an option.
