If you love fudgsicles and looking for a healthier no refined sugars version or need/want a Vegan/GF/Dairy Free option-give this recipe a try!

I’ve been making this recipe for a few years and it’s delicious 😋

Notes: For Vegan/GF/Dairy Free use a coconut milk based yogurt such as “Silk” or “Yoso” brand as well as a DF/Vegan/GF milk alternative such as coconut milk or almond milk.

I have also made them with half honey/half maple syrup and it’s just as delicious 😋

Who doesn't love a frozen fudge pop? I was a BIG fan of them when I was younger so I worried that a knock-off "real food" version wouldn't taste as good as what I remembered...but, oh was I wrong!

A few weeks back I had the IMMENSE pleasure of baking cakes for two sweet lovely sisters❤️A kitty cat 🐈 cake that resembles ones favorite stuffy and the other a rainbow butterfly 🦋 🌈 cake. I also had a co-worker ask me to make a 50th Birthday Cake for her lovely friend’s 50th Birthday who so happens to love ladybugs. 💗🐞 There was also a welcome baby cake 👶🏾 🍼

Harry Potter themed Birthday with a visit to the amazing Stone Hall Castle in Regina and a Harry Potter themed caramel flavored cake with caramel frosting.

A huge thanks to Poppa for sending the awesome Harry Potter themed cups, napkins, table cloth and glasses 👓 It added to the decor and fun!
