I've always loved to bake but I had never ventured into cake decorating and for many many years, i stuck to making desserts and baked cakes. And then, I discovered cake decorating... It was in September 2014 when my sister asked me to make her engagement party cake for the following month. I had never made fillings, iced or stacked a cake nor did I know how to work with fondant... I read, spent
countless hours doing research and asked questions. I ran every scenario of what could go wrong while making this cake a million times in the weeks prior to making it... I wanted it to be as perfect as I could possibly make it. My first cake was on 3 tiers and fed 100 people...
And, since that day, I discovered how much I love decorating cakes and how rewarding it is to see how people react to a cake creation! I am very lucky to have taste testers (and I am sure they are very happy too ;)) that give me honest feedback that I can use to perfect my skill and art. I am a perfectionist, patient and detail oriented person always on the lookout for creating something new. I am also dedicated to making each order with the same passion I made my first cake and I look forward to designing a cake for your next event.
