on thursday october 17th and 24th, i’ll be running my usual bread pre-orders, so make sure to order before tuesday to secure the goods! order link in bio 🔗

looking for something fun to do this fall? on friday november 1st, i’ll be running two evening baking classes (in english) at the montreal west community centre:

18h30 - CUPCAKE DECORATING for the families!
20h15 - FUN WITH FOCACCIA for the teens!

👩🏻‍🍳🧁 cupcake decorating will not be sourdough-related, but you’ll leave with some beautiful and delicious cupcakes (if they don’t all get eaten at the workshop)!

👩🏻‍🍳🍕 focaccia is for the teens only! together, we’ll discover what makes a great, airy focaccia that makes the angels sing!! 👼 and also maybe do some experimentation with toppings - sweet, savoury, umami?! who knows!

TOMORROW! Come say hi at the Montreal West Community Pop-Up! I’ll have a table at Davies Park from 10am-2pm with lots of goodies including some new recipes like delicious homemade granola and fudgey double chocolate espresso cookies 🥹🤤

I will have loads of bread, but there’s no telling how long they’ll last. I recommend you come earlier than later! I hope to see you there!
