Les gens qui me connaissent bien, savent bien à quel point je suis complètement obsédée par le beurre. S’en est une addiction grave! Mais encore plus que le beurre dans son état
pure, la crème de beurre me fait capoter! Surtout notre crème de beurre à la menthe!!! Oh my god!
Anyone who knows me real well, knows that I am completely obsessed with butter. I get the addiction passed down from my amazing grandma, she was so addicted to butter, that being down to 2 pounds in the fridge was cause for serious concerns “oh no, what will we do”??
The smell, taste, texture, it’s a complete addiction. But even more so than butter and it’s pure form, buttercream is something that really flips my lid! I love the colour of this mint buttercream, so pretty and festive! Buttercream is an incredible icing to work with and I recommend you play in the kitchen and make some until you find a recipe that blows your hair back!
